Senior Flexonics Pathway (SFP) supports
and maintains multiple Certificates of Authorization for the fabrication of expansion
joints and pressure vessels issued by both domestic and European based agencies
such as:
1. ISO-9001-2000 certificate valid thru November 15, 2009.
2. ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code "N", "NPT", "NA" & "NS" (Nuclear) certificates
issued valid thru April 1, 2008.
3. National Board "NB" (Nuclear) certificate valid thru April 1, 2008
4. ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code "U" certificate valid thru November 19,
2009.
5. National Board "R" and "NB" certificates valid thru November 19, 2009.
6. Module "H" EC Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) certificate valid thru February
6, 2010.
The SFP Quality Control Department supports the following NDE activities: PT, RT,
VT, MT, UT, LT and dimensional inspection. In order to support these activities
SFP NDE personnel are certified in accordance with SNT TC-1A to both Level II and
Level III. All welders, PQR's and WPS's are qualified at
a minimum in accordance ASME Section IX. Additional qualifications exist and
can be provided for PED, Military and AWS requirements.
