An example is the new General Electric's LMS100 gas turbine. This turbine provides considerable savings and is environmentally friendly. It delivers 100 megawatts of power in ten minutes with 44% improvement in Thermal efficiency. The result is less gas is burned with less CO2 emissions into the atmosphere.

Pathway's engineers worked closely and tirelessly with GE in developing an expansion joint and ducting connection from the turbine to the intercooler. The initial prototype design went through several iterations and critical engineering enhancements that resulted in improved product and substantial added value to the customer.
